It is one of the most popular residence halls for upperclassmen on campus, primarily due to its unique set-up. Each suite shares a central living room area, and each room has its own bathroom.

The closest visitor parking spots are available in either Lot V (attached to Prassel Hall) or in Lot U, between the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
